Frequently Asked Questions

Do i need to be home during my service?

Completely up to you! You are welcome to leave a key, let us in and come back later or stay and we can work around you. If you would like to leave a key, our trusted team will lock up after they have finished.

Do i need to provide anything?

No! We provide everything we will need to clean your space. 

Where do you service?

We service Newcastle NSW and Brisbane QLD. Please see our "locations" page for more infomation.

Is there a cancellation fee?

As we are a small business and respect our wonderful clients, we just kindly ask for the same in return by providing at least 24hr notice prior to your visit from us. This allows us to fill your spot and keep our team in a full working day. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24hrs notice is given. This can also be found on our Terms and Conditions form upon booking a service with us.

How do i pay for the service?

Tax Invoice via Bank Transfer. Invoices are to be paid on the day of the service.

Are you insured?

Yes! Newy Cleaning Company has Public Liability insurance as well as Workers Compensation insurance. We are proud to provide these benefits to ensure our client's peace of mind.

Will it be a different cleaner each time?

No. We will match you with one specific cleaner from our team to visit you on a regular basis.

How can i prepare for my service?

We ask that you put away all personal items and declutter the best you can before your service. 

Are you Pet Friendly?

Absolutely! We are comfortable with all pets and will do our very best to work around them.
